    We would recommend Arlow Plumbing.The whole experience from inquiry to the installation of a new combi boiler was easy, quick and flawless. Kerry in the office was polite and prompt with all e-mails and phone calls. Tom the installer was polite, efficient and tidy making sure all the carpets were covered. He was very helpful explaining how the new boiler and thermostat worked. We were kept informed by text and e-mails at all times.Highly recommend.

    Arlow Plumbing & Heating have always been fantastic to deal with!     Work done on existing boiler to keep us in hot water and heating as a temporary measure until new boiler installed - very efficient and helpful as always. New boiler quote given very quickly with all details needed. Work being done asap . Very pleased with everything.

    Top service from start to finish. Everyone who we had contact with were friendly and professional. New combi-boiler fitted and no trying to oversell so the trust was felt straight away, which didn't wain after the job was done. Engineer and Plumber had carpets to trail up the stairs so not to dirty the house. Cleared up with their own hoover. Care plan very reasonable. From our experience we couldn't recommend Arlow highly enough!

    Excellent, efficient service represented by Arlow. Tom and Alex were a great team in installation of the new boiler system. Took away all old equipment and never left the house untidy. As elderly people they looked after us all the way and explained all required elements in simple but usable terms. Certainly a company that will be used again. Well done all.

    Over the past 3 months we have had our annual service and work done to install a new radiator and, we hope, some trouble shooting done on an under performing rad that we now hope is fixed.We have found Steve, Tom and Kerry very efficient and excellent to work with and have no hesitation in recommending them.

    An excellent service from Arlow's, who replaced our leaking oil boiler at fairly short notice, at a competitive price. The installers, Tom and Alex, were prompt, courteous and tidy, overcoming some tricky access issues and finishing the job within the anticipated time-frame. We had a small oil leak afterwards which was fixed at the commissioning visit. All good, thanks.
