An excellent service from Arlow's, who replaced our leaking oil boiler at fairly short notice, at a competitive price. The installers, Tom and Alex, were prompt, courteous and tidy, overcoming some tricky access issues and finishing the job within the anticipated time-frame. We had a small oil leak afterwards which was fixed at the commissioning visit. All good, thanks.

Wonderful experience using Arlow. Tom & team took away all the old pipework and radiators, replaced with 13 new radiators, new worcester bosch boiler and water tank. They were very patient in answering all of my questions and requests, happy to recommend to other people.

I arranged a service today, and unfortunately my boiler has given up. Tom has been able to send me a quote and sourced a new lpg boiler today. They are going to install it on Monday. Having recently moved into the area, we urgently required someone to sort out our underfloor heating and replace the boiler. After looking at the reviews we chose Arlow and were not disappointed. From our first contact with Kerry in the office to Tom Arlow who visited us for consultation, to Tom who sorted out the heating and fitted the new boiler and finally Steve, who commissioned the completed work, we cannot emphasise enough how impressed we are with their professionalism, help and going 'that extra mile' to ensure we were completely happy with the work. Special thanks to Tom who installed the boiler in cramped, difficult conditions, but at at all times was clean, tidy, efficient and a very nice chap. We have no hesitation in recommending Arlow Plumbing and Heating. Well done Arlow team!

I got a response to my initial query very quickly and had a follow up phone call to clarify the nature of the work soon after. I received a written quote promptly and my appointment was booked. I received confirmation emails and texts for the appointment and Tom the plumber turned up on the time and date stated. Tom worked tidily and did a great job. I was really impressed with how professional Arlow heating and plumbing was from start to finish and will definitely use them again. I will also recommend them to family and friends.

I had to replace my old boiler, and I requested different quotes from different companies. It was a daunting task as I was basing my decision on the reviews I found on a google search. I was impressed by the quick and professional response I received from Arlow Plumbing. I was looking for a reliable company and after a couple of calls and a few emails exchanged I felt reassured they were the right company. Communication with Arlow has always been excellent, and the engineer arrived yesterday on time to carry out the job to an extremely high standard. We have used Arlow Heating and Plumbing several time previously for big jobs and little jobs, so had no concerns about having Tom arrange to install underfloor heating in 2 rooms and hallway. Very impressed so farHave just accepted a quote for replacing my old oil boiler and installing a new radiator. I had obtained three other quotes but chose Arlow on the grounds of perceived professionalism, friendliness and superb communication. Their quoted price was about the middle of the range but I felt that they were head and shoulders above the others in everything else so I am confident of having a first class job done in due course.Boiler and radiator installation now complete and, in a word – SUPERB.All my expectations were fulfilled plus a few more. The work looks very professional, the two Toms (the owner and installation engineer) were extremely nice people, hard working and very respectful of my home. Everything is working perfectly and I would wholeheartedly recommend Arlow to anyone. I can't imagine any other heating & plumbing company that would be better.
