Recently moved into the area that Arlow cover and I am extremely happy with their service. They have provided an exceptional service through both their engineers and customer service. If they don't answer the phone you should leave a message as they have always called me back. They will find the answer to any queries you may have regarding your heating system. I highly recommend Arlow and will continue to use them.

When our boiler gave up we decided to contact Arlow to see if they would be able to replace our boiler, pipes and all the radiators in our house.Tom Arlow was absolutely incredible, came out to assess the house, insulation and the radiators and boiler we had at the time. Gave us a reasonable price and even let us chose what radiators we would like to have installed. Stayed in contact with us the whole time when organising dates and was happy to work around when we were able to do.We had Tom (not Arlow) and Alex for 5 days for the work and despite working from home the disruption was very minimal! It was, of course, noisy in some places but they would always let us know what was going on, both were so professional and friendly the whole time. Always happy to answer questions if we had any, very tidy and never left our house messy or with anything out place.Could not recommend them enough! This was honestly the first time me and my husband have ever felt 100% comfortable with work going on in the house.Thank you all for everything.

Absolutely brilliant! After having a boiler service and being told we had a gas leak coming from our old boiler (service not carried out by Arlow) to this other business condemning it, so no hot water or heating and still hasn't got back to us with a quote, so glad I didn't rely on this other business.. Called several other businesses and Arlow was the last I had tried... Straight away I was really impressed with Kerry, she was absolutely brilliant in helping to get new boiler sorted for us asap. And giving great advice even if we didnt choose to get a new boiler with them. Customer service was outstanding!Tom and the team who gave us there professional opinion along with doing the whole relocation and fitting of the new boiler, it took 2 days to do the work and within a week of our old boiler being condemned! Could not be more impressed especially for this time of year, and having a little girl that doesn't sleep well if shes not warm enough (Goldilocks) thank you so much to everyone at Arlow. Definitely recommend.

We would recommend Arlow Plumbing.The whole experience from inquiry to the installation of a new combi boiler was easy, quick and flawless. Kerry in the office was polite and prompt with all e-mails and phone calls. Tom the installer was polite, efficient and tidy making sure all the carpets were covered. He was very helpful explaining how the new boiler and thermostat worked. We were kept informed by text and e-mails at all times.Highly recommend.

Top service from start to finish. Everyone who we had contact with were friendly and professional. New combi-boiler fitted and no trying to oversell so the trust was felt straight away, which didn't wain after the job was done. Engineer and Plumber had carpets to trail up the stairs so not to dirty the house. Cleared up with their own hoover. Care plan very reasonable. From our experience we couldn't recommend Arlow highly enough!

Excellent, efficient service represented by Arlow. Tom and Alex were a great team in installation of the new boiler system. Took away all old equipment and never left the house untidy.
