Had our boiler looked at today after having a poor experience with our last boiler company, I have to say the engineer was amazing, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and fix the problem the same day and complete a service, the customer service was also excellent, could not recommend enough will be looking into a care plan now, thank you Arlow plumbing if I could of given more than 5 stars I would of!

Had a shower replaced. They turned up early on the day, which was great. They took the old shower out, put the new one in, and fitted it perfectly. They showed me how the settings worked, cleaned up, and left the job perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.

Just had my boiler serviced by Steve and not only did he do a great job and gave me good feedback about my boiler, he is also a top guy and was so friendly to have a chat too. We are definitely going to sign up for the care plan as these guys are trustworthy.

He kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job, which made a real difference. The installation of two designer radiators was done to perfection, with great attention to detail. Recently moved into the area that Arlow cover and I am extremely happy with their service. They have provided an exceptional service through both their engineers and customer service. If they don't answer the phone you should leave a message as they have always called me back. They will find the answer to any queries you may have regarding your heating system. I highly recommend Arlow and will continue to use them.Update - Arlow fitted a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler for me at the end of July 2025.Again, I can only highly recommend them for their professional and courteous way of working.Everything was clearly explained and all queries answered.Additionally the working areas were left clean and tidy.Thank you all for your hard work - i am a very happy customer.

Outstanding in every respect. Boiler pipe leaking right on time for Bank Hoilday weekend!Phone call to Arlow on Sat a.m. Technician out almost before the call ended.He went off to a local supplier because the part wasn’t on board and also did a v skilled job of removing a difficult component .This is nothing unusual. Arlow installed our top quality system, far less costly than a BG salesman who quoted much more for less damage to the wallet.Their service plan is spot on.They hoover up, too!I thought a proper job only happened in Ireland these days … if Arlow worked from Westminster, potholes might not exist, trains would, rivers would be pollution-free, along with the Houses of Parliament.Many thanks!

Having used them in the past we asked them to do three plumbing jobs around the house. Alex arrived on time. Very friendly and efficient and the work was completed quickly and without fuss or mess. Will be asking them to update our central heating controller shortly. Highly recommended.

Arlow got back to us after leaving a message about a leak on our boiler. Arranged a visit and problem was found. They quoted, then ordered the part and returned to fix our boiler. Excellent service, will be booking them in for our boiler service soon.

When our boiler gave up we decided to contact Arlow to see if they would be able to replace our boiler, pipes and all the radiators in our house.Tom Arlow was absolutely incredible, came out to assess the house, insulation and the radiators and boiler we had at the time. Gave us a reasonable price and even let us chose what radiators we would like to have installed. Stayed in contact with us the whole time when organising dates and was happy to work around when we were able to do.We had Tom (not Arlow) and Alex for 5 days for the work and despite working from home the disruption was very minimal! It was, of course, noisy in some places but they would always let us know what was going on, both were so professional and friendly the whole time. Always happy to answer questions if we had any, very tidy and never left our house messy or with anything out place.Could not recommend them enough! This was honestly the first time me and my husband have ever felt 100% comfortable with work going on in the house.Thank you all for everything.
